Always keep in touch with your lender and tell them if you are experiencing payment problems. If your financial situation is unlikely to resolve itself contact Property Rescue without delay so that you can explore the Sell to Rent options before it's too late.

A. Even in these circumstances it is not too late to save your home with Sell and Rent Back.. Property Rescue will deal directly with your lender to put the court order on hold. But don't delay - you do need to act fast.
