‘Off Market’ portal launched by haart for use during lockdown

haart estate agent has launched ‘Off Market’, its new portal designed to help buyers and sellers circumnavigate the difficulties of making progress on their transactions during lockdown.

The portal puts all parties in touch remotely, facilitating deals between buyers and sellers that can then be completed when it’s deemed safe to do so.

Using the social media service, FLINK, an advert is created for the seller’s home,
which potential buyers can discover online via Google and Facebook.

Sellers can discuss their move with haart on Zoom - the video conferencing app -
after taking a few photos and making a short video of their property.

Following that, the seller will give a guided tour of their home which haart will use to
make a valuation. ID checks will then be completed and a paperless contract will be
sent by the agent.

Viewings can be arranged online via Zoom while the property will remain advertised
on social media.
