Since 1st July 2009, the sell and rent back industry has been regulated by the Financial Services Authority, the same regulator for banks, mortgages and share dealing.
At Property Rescue we fully endorse regulation, having always worked to our own code of conduct. Infact, Property Rescue is one of the first companies to apply to the FSA to be authorised.
Property Rescue was successfully authorised by the FSA to carry on regulated sale and rent back activity during the interim period up to 30th of June 2010 and we are now waiting for our full authorisation to be issued.
