Since 1st July, the sell and rent back industry has been regulated by the Financial Services Authority, the same regulator for banks, mortgages and share dealing.
At Property Rescue we fully endorse regulation, having always worked to our own code of conduct. Infact, Property Rescue is one of the first companies to apply to the FSA to be authorised.
Property Rescue is an authorised firm with an interim permission that allows it to carry on regulated sale and rent back activity on an interim basis only. Compensation will not be available from the Compensation Scheme if Property Rescue cannot meet its obligations in relation to this activity.
