If you’ve read our testimonials page then you’ll know that people are delighted with the service we offer.  And as a thank you to those people – people like you – we’d like to offer a substantial reward for telling your friends, colleagues, family or neighbours about us.

Here’s how it works

If you know someone who needs to sell their home fast – perhaps they are relocating to another part of the country, facing the threat of repossession, wanting to free up the capital that’s locked up in their home, or simply in danger of losing their ‘dream house’ because they’re trapped in a long selling chain – then let us know.  If they decide to sell their house with Property Rescue, we’ll give you a reward.

For every contact you give us who sells their property through our business, we’ll give you 1% of the purchase price.  That means if they sell their home for £200,000 you’ll receive £2,000, or if they sell their home for £100,000 you’ll earn £1,000.  Just think, on a property that sells for £500,000 (not that unusual nowadays) you would receive £5,000.

As well as making yourself some extra cash, you’ll be doing your friend a favour by putting them in touch with Property Rescue.  We promise that our usual high standards of service will apply – we won’t pressure your friends into proceeding and their initial contact will be completely without obligation.
