At Property Rescue, we are a professional established company. To this end, we have put together a code of conduct to be 100% transparent.
We promise:
- for our client communication to be clear, fair and not misleading
- to honour the sale price initially agreed, subject to survey
- to purchase the properties ourselves and not act as ‘middlemen’ to sell on your property
- to agree an ongoing rent with you for a fixed period of time
- to meet the exchange and completion deadlines set out
- to approach rent increases sympathetically and professionally, linking them to other rent increases in your area
- to give you protection through an assured shorthold tenancy agreement
