At Property Rescue, we are a professional established company.  To this end, we have put together a code of conduct to be 100% transparent.

We promise:

• for our client communication to be clear, fair and not misleading
• to honour the sale price initially agreed, subject to survey
• to purchase the properties ourselves and not act as ‘middlemen’ to sell on your property
• to agree an ongoing rent with you for a fixed period of time
• to meet the exchange and completion deadlines set out
• to approach rent increases sympathetically and professionally, linking them to other rent increases in your area
• to give you protection through an assured shorthold tenancy agreement
