Sell and Rent Back – Pension Scheme Closure

A new survey by the National Association of Pension Funds, or NAPF, reported that 17% of 2010's pension schemes were closed, a 7% increase from the year before. The NAPF said that the final-salary schemes have been facing a steep decline.
