The much talked about, £285m mortgage rescue scheme offered by the Government does not appear to be making much of an impact; in fact, the sell and rent back industry appears to be assisting far more homeowners thus far.

Despite the fact that 1,084 people checked with local authorities about the Government program in April, only one contract was signed that month, following also one in March.

What ever the reason, it would appear more people are being helped by sell and rent back industry.  The sell to rent option has many great benefits.
